Is heel pain keeping you on the sidelines in life? Plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis, the most common causes of heel pain, can keep you from doing the things you enjoy.
At Freeland Foot and Ankle Clinic, we are heel pain specialists. By focusing on conservative treatment options, we help our patients avoid surgery and get back on their feet with no downtime.
This month, we're bundling a few of our favorite heel pain-relief products and offering this bundle at a discount. Keep reading more to learn how you can walk into the New Year with less pain.
What Does the Heel Pain Bundle Include?
December's Deal of the Month includes the following:
- Pure Stride Prefabricated Shoe Inserts
- Theraband Foot Roller
- Biofreeze Professional Pain Relief Gel
Pure Stride Prefabricated Shoe Inserts
All over-the-counter shoe inserts (also called orthotics) are not created equal. Dr. Dailey has vetted Pure Strides, and they come highly recommended by our patients.
While we also offer custom orthotics, they may not be covered by your insurance. In that case, over-the-counter shoe inserts are a great option.

Theraband Foot Roller
This foot roller is a revolutionary, inexpensive solution for heel pain. You can place your foot roller in the freezer. Once it's chilled, simply place it on the ground and place the sole of your foot on top of the roller. The foot roller does the rest of the work as you move your foot back and forth.
By stretching and icing your foot at the same time, the foot roller will help to decrease inflammation and stretch out the plantar fascia (the band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot).
Biofreeze Professional Pain Relief Gel
This topical pain relief gel harnesses the power of menthol (and a little bit of science) to ease your pain. With a higher percentage of active ingredients than the stuff you can get at your local drug store, the Professional Biofreeze gel must be purchased in a physician's office.
The Biofreeze Professional Pain Relief Gel is available in a squeeze bottle or as a convenient roll-on.
How Much Does the Heel Pain Bundle Cost?
The products in your Heel Pain Bundle amount to a $70 value, and we're offering it for just $59 during the month of December.
We want you to walk into the New Year with less pain, and the Heel Pain Bundle will help you get there. You don't need an appointment to purchase the bundle, and options for shipping are available if you don't want to venture out on the snowy Michigan roads.
