We looked around for a stretching strap that was Dr. Dailey-approved, but we kept coming upon dead ends. Finally, we decided to create our own! With guidance from the podiatrist, our team worked hard to fashion an adjustable, affordable, basic stretching tool. Simply sit with your legs in front of you and loop the strap around your foot, holding both handles. Gently pull up on the handles to stretch the bottom of the foot and feel the relief!
